Purussaurus is one of the largest known of the giant crocodilians, perhaps even surpassing Sarcosuchus in size. It reigned supreme in central South America in the Miocene period, 8 million years ago.

    3. I can’t visualize a T-Rex, so I don’t find them scary. 

      I CAN visualize an alligator, which means I can visualize an alligator the size of a moving van. 

      That’s fucking terrifying.

      I would name him kyle and build a towering home above his brethren’s nest so they can kill my enemies…then kill me when I fall into the water.

    5. Idk if anyone knows but there was an exhibit on giant crocodiles with their bones at Big Bend National Park in Texas. Apparently they used to live there too
