Yup she has a couple of endorsements and she’s gonna be making money off her socials going forward but she doesn’t seem like she’s sharpest tool in the shed. Hope she has good financial advisors

    2. 2K a week rent 😲 😮 😲 😮

    3. A quick Google search shows she currently has 20 endorsement deals with a NIL value of $1.8 million. She’ll be ok.

She makes a ton off of endorsements and also she made a ton off of NIL deals in college. I think she’s going to be fine.

    5. all the poeple in the comments here really showcasing room temp IQs, shes makes PLENTY more outside of her contract than inside her contract, shes not hurting for cash and you dontneed to feel bad for her, she doesnt feel bad

Secure gated high raise penthouse apartments costs this much. With endorsements she will be fine.

    7. Her networth is a little bit under 2 million. She has enough to buy a small nice descent house to start out with. Also, I’m pretty damn sure that she can find a nice descent appartment or house to rent for way less than 8,000. The thing is that she needs to realize the difference between what she needs and what she wants. That makes the big difference.

Even WITH her endorsements that’s still really dumb financially. There are far wealthier people paying less.

    9. Angel Reese pulls in at least seven figures a year of the court. I’d say $8k a month is living below her means.

    10. Sounds like a real world problem…salary too low, find a new job. The issue with many of these athletes, and now necessarily to their own fault, is the red carpet has been laid out for them their entire lives.

They’ve obviously worked hard to perfect their craft, but society (and family) has placed them on a pedestal their entire lives to help create an entitlement mentality. Not being able to afford things is hard for them to grasp, unlike most of us groundlings.

Why the fuck does she have an 8k a month rent. She might be better getting something that’s less…

in CA? 8k/month is really not THAT much. put it this way, most houses in OC – 3br/2b go for $4-6k/month. Apartments – $3-5k Dont get me wrong, $8k/month is alot, but not WAY out there either.

    13. If I was paid only 74k a year I could live within those means but her salary does seem small for her job

The faceplam here is actually for OP because while her salary does not cover her rent her brand deals and other endorsements add up and make her able to live where she wants.
