      If you train 6 days a week without carbs you would lose muscle mass. You would plateau so hard.

    5. Lifting weights? What about jogging/running, swimming, even walking long distances? You’re just not counting calories. (and I know your ass isn’t married to that)

    6. Lifting weight it’s self dosent burn much pretty shitty actually at burning fat. If your lifting is “sufficient” to stimulate muscle growth, having that extra muscle requires more calories daily to maintain. even the growth of the muscle dosent even take much calories we’re talking like 200 extra calories a day maybe.

      He does NOT lift 6 days a week, lift what? Beer cans? I lift half the amount of days and have visible abs despite eating greasy food all the time. And no, I’m not 19 or something I’m 43, but I go hard when I lift.

      Same here, the issue is not what you eat it’s how much you eat in a time period

      I usually don’t eat anything all day and eat all at once In late evening

      I know friends who eat more but weigh less because they distribute what they eat through the day

      Edit: also don’t consume alcohol if you do
