This was my grandpas dad, Lino Viera. He was Mexican but would cross over to the US and work on the railroads for an extended period of time. My grandpa is 85 today so this picture is most likely from the 1930s/1940s. I’ll see if I can get more context on my great grandfather’s work and share it here!
