    1. How the hell could anybody, in 2024, read this guy’s posts and not see an avalanche of red flags?? There are multiple, multiple things in this brief statement that scream, “deeply disturbed psyche, malformed by internet addiction and incel brain rot”

Been trying to reconnect with one of his kids again and they aren’t having it.

    3. richest man in the fkn world is in tears and unable to sleep at night ‘cos someone was mean to him on social media?

Hey at least a 14-yo girl was bad ass enough to get under his skin. What a wimp! Unable to sleep at night. What did she do? I need to know! Who of our aging gen-x generation has such a thin skin online?!? How?! Fake geek guy vibes.

OTOH there’s very little better than finding out this has happened to Elon Musk. Ya can’t please everyone.

good to know that twittler doesnt have security measures and a stalker can stalk a 14 year kid.

So, let me get this straight.

Even more billions and billions and billions of tax dollars must now be entrusted to this guy because Boeing is even more fucked up???

    8. So Elon is using the infrastructure of twitter to personally identify people who upset him? That’s a huge issue.

An easily offended billionaire with that sort of capability is dangerous.

    9. # ??????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bro just did the “I have your IP address”.

FYI in the hacking community it’s something to make fun of, because it’s something that kids that pretend to be hackers do.

    11. Ah yes. The good ol’ getting someone’s IP address and then finding out everything about them. Happens all the time. Totally a real thing.

      /s just in case

    12. Yeah getting someone’s IP these days means nothing as far as tracking their location or doxxing. With the depletion of available IPv4 address space globally most carriers are resorting to CG-NAT to preserve what’s left, unless that 14 year old is paying for a static public IP 99% sure he is bullshitting.

    13. I thought the left were the snowflakes. I’m having a hard time coming up with anything a 14 year old could say to me that would leave me in tears.

    14. This never happened.

The only thing you can really do with a normal consumer’s IP address is find out what ISP they use and, maybe, what device they’re using to connect to the internet. Mobile IPs might go straight to the device, but landline connections almost always terminate at a router that has a NAT. Mobile IPs will also be regularly cycled as connections drop in and out.

The only scenario in which this could have happened is if Elon hired investigators who gained illicit access to customer data at the ISP, then reached out to the contract holder who pointed at their 14 year old daughter.

And that is 100000% creepier than this cringefest tweet.
