Porn stars get religiously tested every two weeks (if they are on any kind of contract shoot which most are)
HSV (herpes) is common in alot of Americans (cold sores are herpes for example) so the only way he could transmit is if he had sex while on an outbreak with it which is VERY NOTICEABLE especially if during a shoot.
If he’s not on an outbreak no transmission.
It’s why doctors don’t really test specifically for hsv during std testing unless they have an outbreak.
