    1. Crazy what some people are capable of. She seems so normal and reasonable that it’s disconcerting. That cheer up you caught the bad guy line was just fucked up but maybe it was her way of just processing how fucked up what she did really was.

      This is just really sad

Family (and those you make your family) is all that actually matters

      More like r/fuckedupasfuck

Edit: oh shit, that’s actually a sub. But also, of course it is.

Our justice system is so unjust, the only reason she got such a high sentence (37 years) is more to do with the fraud. English courts hate fraud.

    5. The way she just jokes about it is distressful. Wonder how many people we meet everyday capable of doing something like this.

    6. I like that she owned it. Clearly a psychopath. But, you catch so many ppl red-handed, and they fight for their innocence anyway. I can see trying to get a lighter sentence with a lawyer, or arguing some mitigating circumstance, but ppl need to own up to their evil deeds more often.

    7. But four years?? How did it go that long without *anyone* looking for her parents? Four years living with their corpses in the house and the knowledge that she killed her parents. How does anyone function daily while carrying that kind of secret? How??

    8. So who you got that’s going to make the movie and documentary first? Netflix, Hulu or Peacock?

    9. So.. she did a credit card fraud and wanted to hide it, so killed her parents and spent their money. When she was done with that, she kinda surrendered.. so that now she can spend the taxpayers money. For 36 years minimum.
      What a waste

    10. That should have been whole life tarrif, really. She’s a dangerous individual. She’s not bothered at all by it

    11. It really puts into perspective how many people are psychopaths that just look like regular people

Evil woman, killing your own parents for credit card fraud? Her punishment for murder is going to be a lot steeper than the punishment for credit card fraud. I would give ANYTHING to have my mum back.
