This is a old as fuck Rube Goldberg thing. I have made this exact thing and its not hard to do. Only hard thing is liquids tend to drip from the bottle edge along the bottle rather than pour.
But I am 100 percent sure that this is fake. I seriously do not understand why these people need to cheat physics.
