    1. Pretty weird to take a picture of strangers in public & post their photo on the internet. Antisocial behavior. Did you ask consent? Did you consider blurring or covering their faces?

    2. Turning this into a story. She’s blind and has always wanted a dog. Guy has always loved her from afar but has never been able to afford a dog. So he kidnaps a raccoon off the streets and pretends it’s a dog so they can go on a date at the pumpkin patch.

    3. My great grandpa had a pet raccoon. Never got to meet either of them, but my mom always said the raccoon was the coolest pet ever… So long as he was supervised.

    4. I run a painting company for a living. I got a call for a bid one day, so I went out to the house like it was any other call. As I’m going around the house, getting my measurements, I enter a rather threadbare room with a couch and not much else. As I got closer to the couch I started to hear a hissing coming from it. At that point the homeowner says “oh, that’s just our raccoon. He considers that couch his home. Don’t worry about him.” Upon hearing this, like any rational human being, I respond “your raccoon??” The homeowner simply says “yeah” and proceeds to walk over, lift up a cushion, reach deep into the bowels of the couch, and pull out the fattest raccoon I have ever seen in my life. Apparently a raccoon family had moved into their attic a few years ago. They complained to their landlord, who proceeded to send out an exterminator. The entirety of the raccoon family was killed except for one little baby. The family, feeling bad, adopted the raccoon cub and raised it as their own. In their words, it behaved like a particularly destructive cat that really loved to play with their dogs when it got the chance.

    5. MIRANDA: What pigeon? You drove right onto that squirrel. <leaves the car>

GEORGE: Squirrel? Well, we have no deal with THEM!

    6. Im assuming that raccoon has a similar mutation to the colorpoint gene in cats? Does it also have blue eyes?

Apparently the Amish in Lancaster PA have started selling pet raccoons. I bet they’re skirting some weird dog farm rules.
