Look, if you don’t smoke but your neighbor does, there is a fair chance it blows in your windows and stinks the place up. Be considerate of your surrounding and you tend to not have the cops called. Also, don’t call the cops on your neighbor. Just ask them to do it somewhere else.

Is prejudice of my part (very low experience with weed – almost zero) but weed smokers are usually very calm and pacific and out of troubles. Or I’m wrong?
Troubles neighborhoods is more common with heavily alcoholics consumers, right?
