Loni Anderson (when she was younger) actually faced racism by white people because they thought she was a black woman. She is not a natural blonde and has jet black hair, a button nose, and full lips. She also gets very dark in the summer. She was refused service in a restaurant and a friend’s mother called her “dirty.” She also got racist threats when she entered a beauty pageant. They told her that she was not wanted. Black women have their own beauty pageants and that they did not want a n-word as a pageant winner. She was harassed constantly.
