I had something similar. My wisdom teeth curved like a “J” shape right into my jaw so they had to drill out some of my jaw bone in order to yank it out. They used so much force trying to get it out, it flew out my mouth and landed on the ground at high speeds lol

Just be thankful they stayed out of your sinuses! My dads roots where so gigantic they went all the way through to his. They shattered his teeth for removal not realizing and lost a chunk in there. Had to do emergency surgery to get it out.

I had two that were fine and two that were coming in almost sideways, they had to be broken to come out.
