On March 11, 2005, Kevin Berthia spoke with Highway Officer Kevin Briggs for 92 minutes, ultimately prompting him to step away from the ledge and not take his own life. Now Berthia works as a suicide prevention advocate and has a family with 2 beautiful children.

Thought this was an amazing story and I cried the first time I heard it ❤️. I think it’s important to remember the value in life, even if it may be difficult to see sometimes.
