Sorry but I’m someone who lives just north of Asheville. We were hit hard. We have all kinds of help from National guard to FEMA and many others . We definitely don’t need help from a reject from a remake of Willy Womka and The Chocolate Factory . Shoo Oompa.

I’ve been an emergency manager for nearly 3 decades. We always tell people “Do not under any circumstances self-deploy!” This is because it creates a nightmare for responders when people just show up. All of a sudden resources have to be reallocated to feed, house, and comfort hundreds of people that just showed up “to help.” If we deploy people in a systematic way we know how many the locals can support, we know what we need to bring to support ourselves, we know logistically what we need to provide in the future to keep them housed, fed, etc, and we also know who is where.
Trump and the MAGA idiots spreading these lies are willingly not telling the complete story. They don’t care that their lies will cause human suffering and even death. The entire MAGA cult is fucking sickening.
