Yes, he’s not fooling anyone but just so everyone knows the aim was to have his back turned to predators who would try to sneak up on him and attack, as there were a lot of these types of attacks on women walking alone at night. Other officers kept a look out to catch any one stalking the officer. So it would have been dark, and he would have been facing away — and I guess the suspects wouldn’t have noticed how dang tall he was until it was too late lol
