After many years of hearing Trump’s constant lies, there are still people who believe anything he says. Sorry, but I have no sympathy for these people if they are that damn stupid.

As an outsider (not in the USA) I don’t understand why there are only a few MSM operations that challenge when he lies, and that his speeches denigrate anyone and everyone, but don’t actually say what he’s going to do.
But it left to a couple of broadcasters and a whole lot of online political observers to call him out.
Have the oligarchs (cannot think of a better word, so I use that one) such control that they maintain this discourse that everything is perfectly fine and Trump’s a perfectly rational person that could / should be the next President.
Just asking, because I really don’t get how the dynamics work that (seemingly) next to no-one challenges the demonstrable falsehoods espoused by Trump, instead, those lies aren’t genuinely challenged.
