I’ve never really understood the impact of scoliosis. I was diagnosed as having it (albeit perhaps not a very serious case) when I went to do my army medical tests when I was around 19-20 or so.
It didn’t hold me back in my military service, and I’ve been competing in weightlifting for many years and never had any back issues.

My bully used to do this to frail kids at school. Pick em up at the head and wiggle em until his arms got tired. Thankfully, I was too fat to pick up that way.

I can feel that doing my back good from here but the headaches are now killing me.
