    1. I left Russia two years ago and now living in Turkey I feel deja vu. Welp, moving out soon

    2. They can’t stop you from doing shit. Run Tails in a VM on virtualbox for free. Fuck the government.

    3. I’m not sure what country OP is from… this is a very broad statement that could be aplicable to many countries from now to the near future.

I see you’re from Türkiye and my condolences for all the shit going on.

Hoping the country will return to its Kemalist roots sooner than later.

This will be happening globally soon! How else are they going to trick the masses into fighting with each other in world wars without stopping them from communicating with each other over seas. How are you going to know how to feel
About a person or country unless the media tells you how they feel about you first! How can your organise protests against your own government so quickly with so many people?

    6. Hopefully it doesn’t get too bad 💔 I just realized I have some Turkish friends and the only mode of communication I had with them is Instagram so I might never be able to talk to them again.

    7. To all those who say it’s fine because “social media bad” are not thinking of the big picture. It’ll start with social media. Then, it’ll censor the mainstream media. Then books, then school. Downward spiral to a dictatorship/authoritarian. Eventually, the strain on the population by the government with become so much that they revolt, resulting in a civil war. Which will then bust the country. Leading to multiple years of intense strife that nobody really wants to deal with. So why not nip that whole problem in the bud now and cut that process short before it starts to really roll.

All over the world right wing leaders are elected and when they are they do anything they can to stay in power. Turkey was on its way to become a modern true democracy but then Erdogan happened and things are turning for the worst but Hungary is on the same track and let’s see what right wing politicians in other countries will do Democracy and free information along it is in serious danger everywhere

    9. Oh no what is going on… I remember visiting my Turkish friends in Çanakkale a couple years ago and we were all hoping Erdoğan would lose. Good luck dude I hope people come to their senses and vote for someone better

    10. When injustice becomes law resistance becomes duty.

Resistance in this case being circumventing goat-pdiddys laws.

Good for you. Now watch the people slowly become more respectful, peaceful and hate free.
