Did you know they throw food in the trenches of the germans only to train them to run to them until they throw grenades!?

Canada gets far too much shit for that. What the Germans did in Belgium during WWI was orders of magnitude worse, but Canada is the only country whose WWI western front war crimes I’ve seen repeatedly memed about here.

My favorite bits about the Canadians in wars (mostly WWII) was the mindset of our cousin from North America, the French Canadians.
It was just, *”I hate being draft; the British want us to kill as many Germans as possible, then fine! We will kill as many krauts as we can so we can get back home early.”*
It is with this mindset that you get Leo Majors.

It’s never a war crime the first time.

Definitely DON’T Google the Canadian Airborne division and look up why they were disbanded after Somalia…

Different, my cancer ray takes it time to kill, and it can affect everyone in a 50km radius, the idea is to have millions of unsuspecting soldiers suddenly start getting sick 2-3months after and overwhelmed medic infrastructure and frontlines by having them drop likes flies once the cancer hits

i mean i personally think it’s okay considering 99% of the time “canadians soldiers in world war 1” are brought up it’s to gush about how “badass” and “awesome” and other buzzwords of endorsement they were
