Posted this a while back but it was removed since i didnt post on the correct day, so i am reposting.

    I am 29 years old. I recently lost 200lbs in 355 days naturally through intense diet and exercise. No medication or surgery was used whatsoever throughout the weight loss.

    My starting weight was 375lbs on 8/1/23
    I reached my goal weight of 174.8 7/16/24

    The blue line in the graph is my personal weight entries
    The orange line is my overall data trend
    The green line is my original planned pace for weight loss

    I realize i lost the weight at a rate that isnt considered healthy. I personally recommend to anyone trying to lose weight to have more patience than i did. However i am proud and want to use my journey as an example of what can be done when you dont allow anything to get in your way or stop you.

    2. Interested how you found the motivation to get this done, this is super impressive! I’m trying to lose some weight myself (not nearly as much, about 20-30 pounds down from 200) and really struggling with commiting to dieting and exercising. What gave you the push to start to do this?

    3. Damn, what kind of calorie deficit are you able to lose almost 1lb a day sustained that long? I’d think that this is more restrictive than most drs would recommend.
