In the comments people claim that they’ve never seen a hurricane move west to east.
Although rare, tropical storms do sometimes pick up enough energy over the Bay of Campeche to become hurricanes.

    1. If you sold maga hang gliders in preparation for another hurricane, would it go against the grain of the law?

      Short answer, yes.

      Weather nerd here.

The western Carribean and southern Gulf of Mexico are common locations for hurricane origins this time of year.

Also, southwest to northeast tracks aren’t super uncommon for late season storms.

There are on the order of a couple dozen tropical storms/hurricanes that formed in the western Carribean or southern Gulf and ended up hitting the west coast of Florida in early October alone.

    3. Part of Project 2025 is to privatize NOAA and the NWS so information like this is behind paywall and not a public service, further reducing access to this kind of basic information

It is quite unusual. But that’s where the Socialists keep the hurricane generation machine (spare one is in Venezuela) . It’s powered by Jewish space lasers. Once generated, the storm can be programmed to destroy Republican communities.

    5. I’ve hacked the system and will send a hurricane over Colorado in Early December. Get ready for a dope ski season.

A cousin of mine posts stuff about weather manipulation and HAARP. I asked him why they don’t wipe out Moscow then for example. He replied ‘Biden can’t even control his own bowel movements’. So which way is it? I’ll never know…

    7. First rule of antifa is you don’t talk about antifa!
2nd rule is be sure to sign up for space laser practice!

    9. now is the time for all truly loyal trump supporting patriots to drive to florida and form a human(ish) wall around his property to defend it from hurricane harris. don’t let that wind scare you boys.

So the crowd that thinks climate change isn’t real now believes that the government can control the weather? What?!?!?

    11. Climate change isn’t real because people cannot change the weather.

Also people can create and control hurricanes.

I remember Republicans incessantly shrieking that weather disasters are a punishment from god against sinful homo orgy filled cities…….

Climate change is happening whether you believe it or not. Home insurance in Florida is more than my mortgage in Illinois and it’s only going to get worse. After getting hit by storm after storm after storm maybe some people will think differently, but at that point it’s too late anyway.

You get what you vote for.

I love how “I’ve don’t remember seeing that happen before” has become automatic proof of conspiracy with these dingledongs.

Can’t recall where I saw it, but someone replied to Marjorie Traitor Greene that “If we could really control the weather, do you think Mar-o-lardo would still be standing!?”
