Had to look it up, an NTSB intern released these as the name of the crew; and no one at the station thought anything of it 😆

The story I heard is that they got the names off of a social media post on like 4chan or digg, and called the airline, at like 4am, to verify. Some intern picked up the phone, and they’re like can you confirm these are the names of the pilots. And the dudes like”yup, those are the names.” Not sure how true that is, but I like to think so.
