    1. That soup kitchen was funded by money and goods ‘donated’ by various local businesses. Often stolen goods ended up there.

    2. Tbf, as a mob boss, you kind of need to do PR moves to hide behind your exploits in the criminal underworld.

    3. It is almost standard practice for people m like that to fund, help or create positives because it serves them in various ways.

      (Money laundering, gaining favor or power, increase in control of an area etc.)
