Man,if anyone could ,and they have tried a lot,only getting little bit of rain off expensive cloud seeding occasionally,they would be boasting everywhere. I mean in a broad sense she’s right, they have been affecting the weather. By not clamping down on emissions the climate has changed enough that we get stronger storms that do more damage, and it’s getting worse. Perhaps we need some sort of Greene New Deal to take on these people that would make our weather worse.
