We were planning a trip to Myrtle Beach years ago and my son who was very young at the time heard us talking. Later he asked us when we were going to “Mortal T”.
That was what we called Myrtle Beach from then on. Still do.

Think they’ve been hanging out with the leprechauns a bit too frequently.
Orrrr… They might actually be one themselves.
Do they have a strange shoe obsession, talk in rhyme, and an almost obsessive love of the shiny stuff, especially gold?

In Holland Brildag is both a national and provincial holiday actually. The Dutch celebrate people wearing glasses (=bril) on that day by asking a lot of forward questions to them (what is it like to wear glasses, why can’t you see, how many fingers am I holding up, …. )

Lol
Finally, a day for people wearing spectacles.
It’s Dutch for Glasses Day (or Goggles Day).
Brildag sounds like a Celtic holiday name.
Isn’t that Swedish for „open doors day“?
That is not a childs handwriting
Thats not kids handwriting…
