It’d be impressive if he gets to use all five of them

If he had a Boska he only needed one.

That’s pretty standard of many things.
You buy something, you lose it, replace it and the thing you lost suddenly reappears. Happens all the time. BTW, the weird thing in the back is not a small cheese slicer but a potato peeler.

They actually use those as self defense in Norway. Cheese slicers are the Norwegian version of an American rifle

I wonder if I have any friends who take pictures of my utensil drawer and share it on the internet.

If the number of cheese slicers is any indication of the amount and variety of cheese consumed, this person is really out there living the dream folks!

There are only five cheese slicers in Norway?

The answer to who cut the cheese is forever more your friend.

We have 4 or 5 as well. The predominant form of cheese sold for sandwiches here is blocks, so we use them daily and we do wash them frequently so multiples are needed until we have enough dishes for the dishwasher to be run.

According to Norwegian law every household must have at least one ostehøvel. Your friend is just being a responsible citizen.

Thats the bare minimum here in Norway.
I see your friend only has older models tho, kind of awkward. If we ever find out who he/she is we will beat him/her up.

Probably bought new slicer to replace the “old” ones, but forgot to throw the old ones out
