Honestly at this point, this is the best time to do it. When you’re already an extreme necessity to the public and can’t get paid enough, wait until there’s an even higher demand then threaten to leave unless the demands you’ve already been making under normal circumstances aren’t met. No one will listen to these folks unless unless they do something drastic
