Every engagement the Republicans make is in bad faith and based on falsehoods. They lie, they get caught lying time and time again, they feel no shame, and they keep lying.
America deserves politicians who are honest with them and it is clear that Trump and the Republican Party are constitutionally incapable of that.

I just get so exhausted of it. It’s not even your typical politician “Say something technically true but misleading without actually being wrong” type stuff. It’s just blatant lies. How many times does he need to lie for the default to be ‘we’re not believing this shit without evidence’ instead of people having to put in the effort to disprove everything?

Both the right wing propaganda machine and corporate media have provided cover and distortion to Republican lies for at least a decade. I do not consider any individual instance as a change to this policy; it most likely is an attitude shift by the patrons and overlords of corporate media caused by fears of a second Trump term.
