That is absolutely large enough to kill her. Considerably smaller boas can crush the life out of an average human without too much difficulty, for this thing it would be trivial.
Those things are pure muscle, small pythons can constrict tight enough to cut off blood flow and break bone. That thing could crush her with minimal effort and it would likely take several men to pull it off of her.

Never a good idea to hold such a big snake like that, the weight on the back of the neck can cut blood supply off, making you pass out, not good at all.
