I think the better question is why are you still ordering food from a place that has issues like this…

There have been collectible glasses being sold at McDonalds across Canada. Maybe that’s why?

I never worried about glass, but for years I’ve prepared myself on how to get out of quicksand if I landed in it.

For those wondering, McDonald’s up here in Canada currently has a promo that whenever you buy a meal, you can select a collectible glass cup for $3 more. If you order through the app, and you don’t want the cup, you have to select the “No Glass” option. This shows up as such in the receipt.

Right now in McD in Canada is doing a promo where you can get a nice coke glass cup for $3 with a purchase of a meal. Most people decline the glass.

Glace in French translates to ice. Not sure if it applies here (since the order is coffee) but I’ve heard a lot of francophones order their drinks (pop) with “no glass” before

They are including real glass cups with some meals.
