Another difference this time is the Harris campaign is ready for it. Previously Democrats were always highly reactive – I expect a more aggressive stance this time.

It’s that easy to change the Electoral College? If that’s the case, maybe the whole thing is a house of cards and this could lead to killing it on a national level and reverting to the popular vote.
