The crazy thing is this is California and they didn’t charge him with anything. However, they did charge the other burglar that got away with murder. He was convicted of the robbery and sentenced to 12 years in jail but the murder charge didn’t stick.

Shooting someone in the back is shit, old homie should be in prison. Cops shouldn’t do it and neither should pedestrians, to me its living out a sick fantasy. Whats worse is the last one, shooting her twice in the back, is wild, but then the killing blow after shes prone? Chilling.
