I listened to a podcast today about the rise of AI and how, soon (if not already), we won't be able to trust anything we see online.

That cool video of a newly discovered species you shared with friends? It could be entirely generated by AI. That photo of a celebrity doing something uncanny? It might be 100% fake, yet still spread like wildfire.

So, what should we believe then?

Believe in what has the strongest evidence and the best explanation, but be prepared to change your mind when new facts emerge.

Learn to think, rethink, and unthink.

In a world where digital evolution is outpacing human evolution, our greatest strength is not what we know, but our ability to question, to think critically, and to adapt.

If you see something online that makes you say, "that can't be true," pause and verify the info before you become part of spreading false news.

Stay curious. Stay skeptical. And always seek the truth.
