      I wouldn’t remove agency like this. I used to live a lot of my life with “hopefully tomorrow is better” mentality. But that can spiral. I think you need to be active in your recovery, experimenting and finding out what works best to get out of depression and sometimes that isn’t what feels good in the moment.

      Keep your stick on the ice, I’m pulling for you, because we are all in this togeather.
