Cancer-Stricken Jim doesn’t quite roll off the tongue, something like Lawn Chair Larry.

Once again we found something problematic in something
      benign and sweet. Great job!

    3. Did he celebrate the birth of her future kids? Support her during her divorce? This is creepy as hell. She’s a child! Feels more about him controlling her from beyond the grave than giving her age appropriate memories.

    4. How is this wholesome? He is being a selfish asshole who is just traumatizing his 11 year old further than she will be already. Look at her face. She knows she is doing this because her dad is going to die. It’s like a whole day where she can’t not think about it. What is wrong with people?

The way that certain cultures groom kids into living a certain relationship model from such a young age is so deeply deeply creepy to me.

Idk, what is wholesome of this? What is the possible outcome? Isn’t that just gonna ruin her actual wedding bringing this obviously bad memory forever?

Is it wholesome your dad prepared you for the moment of your life in a stressful way when you are just 11?

Is it wholesome he gives her this feeling of not being there, or…? What is wholesome about this?

Yeah, my eyes got moist, but is this trully a memory to cherish forever, or a shock that would haunt her for the rest of her life?

    8. It must have been quite a shock for her. Totally unnecessary, posing like/karma farming shock.

A sick memory that will haunt you forever.

Wow let’s give my 11 year old daughter massive trauma before I’ve died…

    10. It is wholesome but it also feels a bit creepy seeing an 11 year old in a wedding dress

Not to take away from the wholesomeishness of this moment, but having a kid at 52 years old…seems like you might be running the same risk even without the cancer

    12. This is weird. Very outdated thing to prioritize for your little daughter. She might not even get married

    13. What in the southern buttered biscuits is this creepy shit? Bro she’s 11!! This was for sure the parents idea lol. Weird as all fuck.
