It’s the Duracell Bunny everywhere but America, I believe. The Americans get the Energiser Bunny. Two different battery brands, two different bunnies.

Fun fact, everywhere outside of the US, Duracell has the Pink Bunny Mascot. The only reason that Energizer has the Pink Bunny in the US is because Duracells copyright on the mascot expired and Energizer took it. Duracell sued Energizer, but Energizer was able to keep the Pink Bunny only in the US.

I remember when the bunny was originally Duracell. Energizer did a commercial with their bunny lasting longer than Duracell’s. This lead Duracell to drop the bunny in the US. But the bunny started with Duracell. This was back in the “where’s the beef” era of commercials.

As a Canadian, I had no idea about the rival Duracell and Energizer bunnies! Personally, I think the Energizer bunny is cooler with his sunglasses and flip flops lol

    5. Yeah everyone knows the Energizer Bunny is a rip on the Duracell ads. What’s your point?
