Having tolerance and accepting others and not beating people up for being different is now “woke”

I didn’t get beat up or called transphobic slurs when telling people I’m transgender, that’s woke!

In the 2000s there were guys pretending to be gay so that they could “expose the deviant homosexual community”….

These guys have no life and seriously need to get laid but I doubt they’ve ever seen a vagina in their life or ever will.

    2. It’s almost as if the majority of people couldn’t give a shit about what you wear and are instead interested in the content of your character… i dunno, i’m just spitballing here.

So people didn’t beat him up and call him names and this is somehow bad? Right wingers are confusing.

    4. The right is about hate and anger and the use of fear to generate that hate and anger.

Nothing on this planet has been more toxic than today’s right-wingers and their “anti-woke” agenda

    5. I love when right wingers go “under cover” and people are polite and they are like holy shit these morons believe what I’m saying. They are being polite rather than challenge every word you say that they may disagree with. It’s pretty normal but the “debate me” crowd can’t fathom just letting sleeping dogs lay. Somehow that is woke now.

I get that he’s upset that he said he was a woman but doesn’t really believe that himself and no one wanted to fight him about it, but a guy could literally walk up to me and tell me he’s a dinosaur and I would be like “well okay then dinosaur, have a wonderful day” and just move on with my life. Trans people aren’t “shoving it down our throats”, it’s entirely self inflicted by right wing professional victims. Just move on with your life. If a man tells you she’s a woman, or if someone tells you they’re a dinosaur it doesn’t really involve you and you aren’t believing it or endorsing it by just walking away.

    6. That shit he did is fucking offensive for the people that are actually dealing with that.

This hurt my head, and tbh, I’m not sure I fully understand.

He faked being trans, and then people didn’t give a shit, so that’s… woke?

Same fuckin bullshit they spouted about gay people the past few decades. Republicans are the party of saying unpopular things until we tell them it’s time to keep it to themselves. Just waiting for us to correct them, over and over. Like kids

    9. Uh guys, is being a decent human being considered “woke”? If it is, I’d rather be woke than a dick bag

    10. I’m done. ..I’m going to wish ill health and failure upon this person, why are the worst people getting money and attention, greed is good and we’re back to the dark days

stephen crowder tried the same thing and was also accepted with open arms. news flash bozos, we’re happier than you.

That’s what “woke” has always meant, hasn’t it? Has there a different meaning?

    13. Ugh. They’re going to use this guy as an example that people switch genders to get things, aren’t they. Christ, what an asshole.

So basically you ridiculed people to make a point about people trying to be nice to you in America. No matter how you appear or come across, they made an effort to accept you. And this is a bad thing? Seems encouraging to me, but I am a fan of kindness. Which maybe, you really don’t deserve as much as everyone else. So, in solidarity with my LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters, fuck off asshat.

    15. I hate this fucking guy. He showed up in my instagram feed all the time and was OBVIOUSLY a troll.

And he actually DID get a lot of transphobic comments (people believing him and being nasty in response) and people thinking he was a troll and he RESPONDED TO THEM as if he was hurt.

Even more he proved that dressing a man up as a woman doesn’t change one bit the way he thinks of himself. It turns out you can’t turn someone gay as easy as that. Who would’ve thought that the way you see yourself is independent of the way you look and when those two don’t line up you feel uncomfortable and need to make them align.
