Man! I remembered the one somebody posted here over a year ago and thought you had stole it! The hours are even the same! But it’s a different store. Mildly interesting?
I think that must be a Natural Grocers. My hunch was always that back in the old days, when you could buy sets of letter decals by the sheet at the hardware store, someone figured out times that would require only one sheet of letters.

We had something like this going on here in Uppsala (Sweden). In that case it was for bragging rights (earliest opening/latest closing hours).
