Lots of tiny bubbles on the surface of muddy puddle

    1. Soil is porous. The water is absorbed by the soil and replaced by air. Since it’s lighter than the water, the air naturally rises to the surface.

    2. note : this was found on mountain walk very high above sea level with no super close bodies of water, but it had also rained over a few days before i went on this walk. this was just simply found along the walking path.

    3. I’ve been in the miniature subs too much. Thought this was water effects gone wrong.
