      I’ve had garlic do this too. Something to do with the sulfur compounds. So, my guess is that it’s from the alliums in the broth. But…I’d still do some research.

    2. Did you have garlic in it? If the stock was yellow and the garlic tinted blue it might explain it.

    3. Depends on the veggies? Like, as a marine biologist, if you were using algae, there would be nothing wrong with this. 😀
