I was just thinking about this the other day. Why the fuck do I need to get a new registration 2 years after I bought my car? Did it magically unregister itself? All the info is THE SAME. The VIN didn’t change. $70 for that shit

Clearly it’s because you have the option of changing your name and other info after the ID expires. Duh.

He’s probably joking, but in case not, it’s partly because people’s appearance changes over time, and partly to make sure that lost and stolen IDs can’t be used forever.
