      The only reason Chik-fil-A takes longer is because they’re doing insane business. There’s one’s around here with 2-3 lanes working at a high rate and still have people lined up around the block.

      Taco Bell in my area (St. Louis) is *not* fast in any sense of the word. They ask people to pull around to the front of the building so that they can bring your order out to you and it takes ~10 min per vehicle.

    3. I’d like to see In n Out on there. Once you place your order, it’s pretty fast. But around here, the line of cars usually wrapped around the building and into the next lot. Never received a wrong order though.

    4. I wonder how the error rates would look if you somehow factored in the complexity of the menus.

      Taco Bell has a relatively complex and changing menu. I haven’t been to Raising Canes in a while but some chicken finger places basically just sell chicken fingers.
