    1. Why is fucking with poor, desperate people funny? It’s not clever, its just mean and exploitative.

    2. I don’t think it’s funny. It’s sad and desperate. The filmer is entertained by this, which is kind of sadistic.

    3. Funny but the way to end this is to stop, tell him it’s a prank, hand him a nifty 💶, laugh together and move on.

The government should bring more people from Africa for pranks, I mean, now that the country is rebuild and all the shitty jobs are taken

    5. Just pull it. If you have more than half of it you can exchange it at the bank to a full one. (And it’s quite likely that you get more than half in this case)

    6. Somewhere between the “oh, almost got it” insurance commercial and Carter Pewterschmitt filing for a kid’s adoption, then driving away without them.

    7. This is funny and sad at the same time, I’m thinking what makes this man so desperate for this bill?

    8. even if you are desperate, chasing for this long means you are at least (on top) stupidly naive and greedy.

    9. I knew a guy who glued some coins to the sidewalk. He would sit in his workshop and watch people try to pick them up and just giggle. It takes very little to amuse some people.
