I had a neighbor way back that ordered one of those perverts have to put in their lawn and hung it on the door waiting outside with a bowl of candy. Odd dude, but, that’s true terror, cops showed up he had to go to court, but, he hadn’t ever done anything technically illegal so it just got swept under the rug and he was just told not to do it again or he’d get slammed with public endangerment or disorderly conduct or something it’s been 15 years so my memories hazy.
