    1. Some say back pain is a sign of experience. I say it’s a sign of bad posture because of stress.

    2. I feel you, i hit 30 this march and i could hear my knees when getting up from the bet for the past 3 years or so.

Hulk forget to stretch in the mornings? Hulk can also buy foam roller at local sporting goods store and lay and roll on it. Helps.

    4. Stretch your hamstrings. Google runners stretch.

Welcome to the first day of the rest of your life.

It will get even worse, brother. Don’t fret, it is aging. It is what it is. It is part of life.

    6. I had lower back injury doing marital arts when I was 24. After healing as much as it is possible (you can never fully heal the nerv damage), I’m still able to do martial arts at 30yo, just need to be more careful and always warm up well. It’s not the end of the world, just be more careful

    7. Work out your posterior chain. And for knees do ass to grass workouts. Or you can just look up knees over toes guy

    8. Had a lumbar sprain in my early 20s and it still echoes at times years later. Best thing Ive incorporated to my life has been focusing on posture, lifting with the knees and not your back (duh), squats and strengthening your abs. Nothing crazy, literally more than not doing any exercise will help you a bunch!

Courage, you got this ol’ chap!

    9. My lower back problems started when i was about 15 and it still is a problem.

3 months ago i barely could even walk.

    10. Use your let for lift stuff even if this not heavy. Buy a better chaise , a better matelas bed too. I do drywall installation for living(10y).Always protect your back lile If something heavy fall dont catch it. When your back hurt you can take a hot bath and get good medical/pain killer but only take them when that REALLY hurt like fucking bad. Let your body heal himself

    11. I read you already work out from previous comments. Make sure to do some deadlifts. Time to strenghten up that lower back. Make sure to hit em with form over weight mentality. I’m now complitely back pain free for quite some time after starting deadlifting. Used to suffer from it daily.

Started to have that around 23, a little gym later and have been pain free since then. You don’t need to worry!

    13. Time to hit the gym. Well actually, the time to hit the gym was years ago but better late than never.

    14. Dawg I’m 20 and I just got really bad back pain from unloading the dishwasher. I’ve got the got the fuckin gay posture or whatever it’s called but I’m tall and so it’s worse

    15. Yoga, all day. Consistently stretching in the morning day and evening is the only way you will relieve the pain effectively. Everything else is just treatment a symptom of your body not being happy!

    16. Bruh I’m 26 and I’ve had full back pain for a year now. My back sometimes spins a wheel and chooses which section of my spine to make hurt

OP, i would say it’s time to start learning about your body through like YouTube videos and to start some type of strength conditioning.

For example, do you have Lordosis? it’s a symptom of weak muscles. i was able to resolve mine by strengthening my lats and glutes

back stuff in general like lat pulldown, assisted pull ups. slant board squats. pain comes from weakness. it’s time to do some research, formulate a game plan, and strengthen your muscles. good luck
