Here’s my fortune for you, OP:
May you continue to have no idea what this candy wrapper is talking about.

IIRC Summer Fridays is some kind of cosmetic or skin care company that hawks overpriced merchandise.

Summer Fridays are when a company gives you early release on Fridays to enjoy the day. So be a person who gets behind the concept of a Summer Friday vs a company person who uses the per my last email….which means you didn’t read it so so get you shit together…so not a nice way to start an email.

In general fridays are the easiest/quietest day of the week for office workers. Summer is often quiet, as many people go on vacation and projects slow down, and in general it’s just nicer to commute and go out for lunches etc during longer sunnier days.
“Per my last email” is a snippet from an unpleasant passive aggressive type of email that most people who use email at work a lot will recognize.
So the target audience for this is office workers, encouraging them to be easygoing and pleasant (like a summer Friday) amongst uptight, negative people (those that would open an email with “per my last email”).

If you’re a boss, don’t nitpick your employees, let them go home early on Fridays in summer? I don’t know lol.

My wife asked me about the same one. I have a desk/office job, she doesn’t.
Take it to mean “Be a breath of fresh air to someone today. God knows no one else will be.”

There’s really no way to describe the aggressiveness of “per my last email” if you’re unfamiliar with it.
Think of it as not only did the person you’re saying this to not read your email or miss a critical detail, you’ve already emailed multiple times about the subject with clear explanation. Five other unrelated people have been looped in at this point. It’s a summer Friday and you’re just done with the issue and want it resolved.
In context to the wrapper: “be the chill relaxed person in a room of aggressive and stressed people”
