I grew up in the 90s and 00s and remember clearly having human growth and reproduction classes starting in 5th grade. Was there a form sent home for parents to sign? Yes. And I don’t remember a single kid not having it signed. We had this class every year from then to 12th grade with increasing levels of information. This was in rural KY. Conservatives can suck my condom covered banana.
