Even with a 100% tariff, they will only cost $6 each. Still making 90% profit from the rubes who think billionaires sell trinkets. The fact that only 120,000 were ordered means less than 1% of those who voted Trump in 2020 need to purchase a copy to sell out.
Also, at $57 of profit (probably a bit less for other costs), they are making $6.8M in profit. For a true billionaire, $6.8 is a rounding error. At exactly $1B, if you earned at very conservative 5% interest on your money, you would make $50M without doing anything. Someone with multiple billions probably has money manager who help them earn 10% or better. So if you only had $2B and made 10% on investments, then you would earn $200M without hawking bibles, shoes, watched, or NFTs.
