    1. Internet is not a right ….

Unlike the State or other carriers who will not be able to provide internet to those impacted by the hurricane for weeks at the least, Elon Musk’s solution can, day 1

And yes the service is free … you have to pay for the hardware which is one UPS truck away

OP and those like him are just self-entitled and think they should not have to pay for anything and live off everyone else’s labor

Wow. That seems like something he could donate to everyone affected and not feel it in the slightest. That would be the right thing to do, asshat. 😕

Leon looks like a witch cast a spell on him to turn him into a toad, but it was only halfway successful, and now he’s just a 250lb toad.

Just in case anyone doesn’t know how much money that is- Two hundred thousand, million dollars.

    5. TL;DR Starlink is Elon’s low-earth-orbit satellite internet service. It works better than previous geostationary internet satellite services like Hughes because the lower orbit increases latency and hence throughput with TCP/IP, the protocol of the Internet.

The cost for the hardware and antenna is $400. Monthly service in the USA is $80 to $120 monthly depending on details (I don’t know the details).

So if you spend $400 on equipment, he will give you one month free if you are in a hurricane affected zone.

This is the same guy who, if you went back 10,000 years ago, and saved $10k USD every day with interest and never spent anything, would still have more money than you.

    6. Yeah he’s a dickhead, but at least he’s not pawning off shitty $100k watches, Assassination shoes or fucking bibles like the other “billionaire” is.

He wonders why the FCC didn’t approve him for low income net provider program…

Can’t wait to see who he blames when a Hurricane inevitably wipes out his Starship launch facility…

That’s how he got that much already.

Why are people paying this man to be insufferable?
