I read somewhere that the first person to start naming storms actually did name them for politicians and government officials he didn’t like.

That’s quality, though if they get control again they’d vote to defund NOAA and after the “surprise” hurricane floods Florida (again), they’d name it “Hurricane BLM” or “Hurricane Antifa”.
Maybe “the _____ (Muslim/Transgender/Migrant) Hurricane” depending on who their villain of the week is.
